Use the conical shell edge to slip directly under the pizza crusts, while the perforations every time mean a perfectly cooked pizza because the steam can evaporate quickly and excess flour from falling off the pizza base. A super smooth, hard anodized coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance and an extremely smooth surface that guarantees a seamless experience when loading and unloading of pizzas.
