Prepare your dough like a pro with the Ooni pizza dough boxes. Each set consists of two stackable containers specially designed for rising pizza dough and two lids. Each box holds up to 6 balls of 250 g dough (for pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm) and has a lid that seals the dough balls airtight so they don't dry out while standing. Perfect for rising on the worktop, in the fridge, in the freezer or when traveling.
When developing the Ooni dough boxes, we paid attention to the needs of pizza bakers: The boxes are white to minimize heat absorption and prevent the dough from rising too much; they have smooth, tapered inner edges to make it easier to remove the dough balls; and they have convenient handles to move them around easily. We have used food-safe plastic, which is durable and practical to clean. The boxes can also be stacked to save space.
